Good day everyone!
First of all, go to to this document and change your team name. You want to make a brand for yourself as you are the consultants going to analyze the cases.
Questions for the cases - these are the foundation of your case analysis. Always drive to identify problems and issues, analyze, and come up with some recommendations/alternatives for the organizations involved. Give reasons, and do your best analysis, there's no wrong answer here - go for it, apply yourselves! Take some risks and dive into the numbers too.
Forget the Tiajin plastics case for now, as I think with the other other readings/exercises this will be too much. It is mainly a finance-related case, and financing is a huge part of turnkey projects, however we will focus on the strategic elements and the project management pieces themselves, and leave the finance on the back shelf a bit.
Class schedule with exercises will be announced soon as I am coordinating this with J-P Giboz and 'Strategic Alliances' as these two subjects are closely related.
